Delivery

We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes using independent carriers. Estimates shown during an enquiry or order are guidance and may change because of weather, holidays, carrier disruption, or remote-area routing. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number.

Warranty

Products carry the warranty stated in their description, with at least twelve months for manufacturing defects unless marked otherwise. Warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, liquid exposure, improper installation, voltage issues, and unauthorised repair or modification. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns

Return requests must be raised within seven days of delivery. Items should be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Preference-based return shipping may be deducted where permitted.

Support and compatibility

Damage claims

Report missing, incorrect, visibly damaged, or non-functional items within forty-eight hours of delivery. Include the order reference, packaging photographs, shipping label, and clear images or video of the issue. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Final terms

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product appearance may vary slightly across screens. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and do not limit mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date.
